The Outstanding Directors Exchange (ODX) hosts conferences for directors only. Dialogue is the defining trait of these events: attendance is limited so that all participants can contribute to the conversation. This enables directors to benefit from the experiences of their peers and peer-elected “Outstanding Directors.”
ODX is affiliated with the Outstanding Directors program, which awards recognition to a select group of directors annually. These directors are nominated by fellow board members for having made a valuable contribution to their boardroom. They are vetted through a series of objective screens and the Outstanding Directors Advisory Board, then selected by the Outstanding Directors Editorial Board. The Outstanding Directors are given their awards at the ODX programs.
