FAQ

The Program

Who attends ODX?
ODX is a conference for directors only.

Each event is designed to foster active participation and intimacy. We restrict attendance to ensure a robust exchange and deep networking. Our photo and video galleries help illustrate the ODX environment.

Some special programs do exist for the benefit of the attendees and the director community. These special programs allow two or three non-director attendees at each conference. These attendees must be in one of the following groups: CEO/President, CFO, or General Counsel.

How is ODX rated?

ISS has recently announced that they have dropped their Accredited Director Education Program, and therefore, will be longer be accrediting ANY director education programs and events.
